Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day, while any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Our standard delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days for all products unless otherwise stated. Please note that hair extensions are made to order and may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to courier delays, but we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
