• Gently gather your hair into a loose plait or ponytail before sleeping, using silk scrunchies, to allow it to rest peacefully overnight.
• Protect your hair from the harshness of chlorine, sea salt, and excessive sun or heat, as these elements can disrupt its harmony causing discolouration or dryness.
